About the Red Panda Property Group

Red Panda is the developer behind Udiminia. Based in Hobart, principal of Red Panda is Andew McCullagh. Tasmanian born and bred, he started his career in importing before moving into Tasmanian real estate more than 20 years ago.

For the last two decades the RPPG has developed multiple residential sites from Dynnyrne in the south to George Town in the north and Wynyard in the north west of Tasmania.   Over that period the focus has been on urban infill projects.  More recently, greenfield developments in the north and north-west, and a high-profile premium inner city refurbishment in Launceston have been added to the portfolio.

 

Proudly Tasmanian, our key approach to projects is to work with our communities.  Engagement is undertaken at the beginning to understand and gain insight into the thoughts and ideas of stakeholders and community representatives.
